User Agreement
1. Special Notice
This Planet User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates your use of our services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), including the Planet App. You are one party, and the other party is HORIZONBAY TECH LIMITED or its affiliated companies ("we" or "HORIZONBAY TECH LIMITED"), with the registered address at [address to be provided separately]. For the purposes of this Agreement, you and HORIZONBAY TECH LIMITED shall be collectively referred to as the "parties," and individually as the "party."
When using the service, you agree to comply with Planet's Privacy Policy, Planet's Community Guidelines, the Broadcaster Agreement, and may also comply with additional guidelines or rules applicable to specific services and features related to such services, as posted or provided to you on the service. We may also provide certain paid services, which are subject to additional terms or conditions disclosed to you.
By using our service or clicking "Register" during the registration process, you agree to all the terms of this Agreement. Planet may, at its discretion, modify this Agreement from time to time, and the current version can be obtained through the following link: [User Agreement Page Link]. If you continue to use our service, it indicates that you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement.
This service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. When using this service, you agree to:
- You must be at or above the "Minimum Age" (see below).
- You are not restricted by Planet from using the service. Creating an account with false information violates our terms, including registering an account on behalf of someone else or an account for someone under 18 years old.
"Minimum Age" means 18 years old. However, if the laws of your jurisdiction require you to be older than the minimum age specified on this website to legally provide you with services (including using your personal data) without parental consent, then the minimum age is that age.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Planet account and password. All actions and activities performed through your Planet account are considered your actions and activities, and you are fully responsible for them.
We do not accept payments or conduct business with individuals or entities from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Crimea. If you are from any of these regions, you may be prohibited from using this service.
2. Service Content
Planet's mission is to enable individuals to create communities, establish connections globally, and share their precious moments. Our vision is to become a platform that inspires the lives of millions, providing you with the following services:
- User-generated content
Planet allows users to live stream, utilize chat, bulletin boards, forum posts, and voice interaction services. Users can create, publish, transmit, perform, or store content, messages, text, sound, images, applications, code, or other data or materials ("User Content") on the service. Users can also integrate Planet features, such as music, graphics, stickers, virtual items, and other features ("Planet Features"), into this user content and share it through the service. The opinions expressed by other users on this service, including the use of virtual gifts, do not necessarily represent the views or values of Planet.
- Discover Content, Products, and Services
We display ads, promotions, and sponsored content to help you discover content, products, and services offered by various businesses and organizations using Planet.
- Addressing Harmful Behavior, Supporting Our Community
Planet has a global team and uses advanced technology systems to identify and deal with the misuse of our service, harmful behavior towards others, and situations that require community support or protection. After identifying such content or behavior, appropriate actions will be taken, such as providing assistance, deleting content, restricting access, disabling accounts, or cooperating with law enforcement.
- Global Accessibility of Our Service
To maintain our global service, we store and distribute content and data in data centers and systems around the world, including regions outside your country of residence. This infrastructure may be operated or controlled by HORIZONBAY TECH LIMITED and its affiliated companies.
3. Account
To create an account using Planet, you need to provide specific information such as account name and password.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, ensuring limited access to your devices, and overseeing all activities conducted under your account or password. Please ensure that the information provided to Planet during registration is at all times true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
We may provide options to register and log in to the "Service" through certain third-party services. The collection, use, and disclosure of your information by these third parties will be governed by their respective privacy policies. For detailed information on how Planet collects, uses, and discloses your personal information, and the details of how your Planet account may be associated with any third-party services, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
To achieve a seamless service experience, you acknowledge and agree to Planet using a unified account system for Planet and Planet Lite. If you have registered accounts with both Planet and Planet Lite, we may partially or completely link and display shared product information. The content and virtual items you generate may also be shared between these accounts. However, it is not guaranteed that the services between the two accounts are entirely the same.
Planet reserves the right to disable your user account at any time, especially if you fail to comply with these terms or if activities on your account are, in our sole judgment, likely to harm, damage the service, infringe or violate any third-party rights, or violate applicable laws or regulations.
If you choose to stop using our service and wish to delete your account, we can assist you in this process. Please contact us at contact@horizonbay.cc, and our team will provide further guidance and support. Once your account is deleted, it will be impossible to reactivate or retrieve any added content or information.
4. Privacy

5. Service Usage
Acceptable use of free services
Your access to and use of the services provided by Planet are subject to these terms and all relevant laws and regulations. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms, Planet community guidelines, and refrain from engaging in the following activities:
Inappropriate content: Do not create, upload, transmit, distribute, or store any inaccurate, illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, privacy-invading, harassing, threatening, abusive, inciteful, or otherwise objectionable content.
Impersonation and fraudulent activities: Do not impersonate any individual or entity, falsely claim affiliation, access others' Planet accounts without permission, forge identities, or engage in fraudulent activities.
Harmful behavior and information collection: Prohibit defaming, harassing, abusing, or attempting to collect personal information of users or third parties without consent.
Security interference: Do not interfere with or damage security-related features, manipulate, disable, or damage the functionality of "User Content" or "Service."
Service integrity and unauthorized access: Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service, violate network regulations, or access unauthorized areas or content.
Legal compliance: Do not use the service for illegal purposes or violate local, state, national, or international laws and regulations.
Planet is not responsible for any user content or any loss or damage arising from it. Additionally, the "Service" may contain content prohibited by these rules. Planet reserves the right to delete, filter, or edit any user content that violates these terms or applicable laws without further notice.
Violation of these terms may result in Planet terminating or suspending your right to use this service.
6. Virtual Items
Eligibility for purchase: If you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you can only purchase virtual diamonds ("Diamonds"), virtual gifts ("Gifts"), send and receive Gifts.
Pricing and payment: The price of Diamonds will be displayed at the time of purchase. All Diamond payments will be made through the relevant payment mechanism in the specified currency. Currency exchange settlement, overseas transaction fees, and payment channel fees (if applicable) will be executed according to your agreement with the payment provider.
Purchase responsibility: You are responsible for the payment of the Diamonds you purchase. Upon completion of your purchase, the Diamonds will be credited to your user account. These Diamonds can be used to purchase Gifts.
Usage restrictions: Diamonds cannot be exchanged for cash, legal tender, the currency of any country or region, or any other form of credit unless specified by Planet. They are only for use within Planet services and cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, discounts, or special offers unless specified by us.
No refunds: Except as outlined in this agreement, all sales of Diamonds and Gifts are final. We do not provide refunds for purchased Diamonds and Gifts. These virtual items cannot be exchanged for cash and will not be reimbursed by us for any reason.
7. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods: We accept major credit cards, certain debit cards, and other payment methods that may be periodically provided through our website. By selecting a payment method, you agree to the terms and conditions associated with that method. When placing an order through this service, you authorize us or our designated payment processor to charge the purchase amount from the specified account. All payments are in USD unless an alternative currency is provided through available payment methods offered by Planet.
Payment processing and personal data: Our payment processing partners may require you to provide specific personal data (such as government-issued identification, legal name, address, and date of birth) for financial transactions and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. They may directly communicate with you regarding any payment-related issues.
Transaction issues: If an online purchase is rejected due to payment issues, ensure all provided data is accurate and resubmit the transaction. If online transactions are not accepted, contact customer support using the email address provided during the purchase. For purchases on the service, you can contact contact@horizonbay.cc .
8. Intellectual Property
Ownership of materials: All text, data, images, graphics, audio, and/or video information, as well as other materials provided in Planet services, are the property of Planet and are protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other property laws. This agreement does not grant Planet any license to these intellectual property rights.
Content usage license: By using or uploading any live content or other content to the public access areas of the Planet website through Planet services, you grant Planet and its sublicensees a free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully sublicensable license. This license is not restricted by territory or time and does not require approval and/or compensation. Planet obtains the right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, edit, dispose of, create derivative works, distribute, perform, and publicly display these contents (in whole or in part). This includes the rights and permissions to incorporate such content into existing or future forms of works, media, or technologies.
9. Termination of Service
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Planet has the right to terminate your license to use the service, including the ability to post user content, without further notice. This termination may also involve blocking or preventing your future access and use of the service. This action may be taken in the following circumstances:
Violation of the agreement or law: If your use of the service violates this agreement or applicable law.
Fraud or abuse of service: In case of fraudulent use or abuse of the service.
Technical or legitimate business reasons: When providing the service to you becomes impractical due to technical or legitimate business reasons. This also includes the possible termination or suspension of the use of any purchased products or services.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, if you are dissatisfied with:
(i) the service;
(ii) any terms of this service agreement;
(iii) any policies or practices of Planet in operating the service;
(iv) any content or information transmitted through the service, your sole remedy is to terminate your account and cease all use of all parts of the service.
10. Disclaimer
User responsibility and risk: You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the use of this service. Any risks related to the reliance or use of Planet services are your own responsibility.
Service warranty disclaimer: Planet does not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted. The timeliness, security, and accuracy of the service cannot be guaranteed. You acknowledge that this service is provided by Planet on an "as-is" basis. Planet makes no express or implied statements or warranties regarding the operation and provision of these services or any part thereof. Planet is not responsible in any way for the quality, timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of the service and assumes no liability for any consequences of your use of such services. External links disclaimer: Planet does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of any external links accessed through the service or any external links provided for your convenience. Planet is not responsible for the content of any linked website or any links contained in such a linked website. Planet assumes no direct or indirect liability for any loss or damage related to your use of the service or external links.
Interruption and insufficiency disclaimer: Planet is not liable for service interruptions or insufficiency caused by force majeure situations or events beyond its control. However, Planet will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on you as much as possible.
11. Legal Jurisdiction
For requests for information or documents related to potential, anticipated, or current legal litigation, investigations, disputes, or third-party user information arising from any Planet services, appropriate legal procedures must be used. These requests should be made through HORIZONBAY TECH LIMITED to provide the necessary services to Planet.
12. Modification of this Agreement
We may periodically modify these terms, such as when updating service features, consolidating multiple applications or services into one entity, or in response to regulatory changes. We will make reasonable commercial efforts to notify all users of significant changes through notifications on the Planet platform. It is recommended to regularly review this agreement for such changes. Your continued use of the service after the new terms are published indicates acceptance. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service.
13. Other Terms
This agreement is the complete agreement between the parties regarding the matters agreed upon and other related matters. Except as provided in this agreement, neither party has any rights. If any term is deemed invalid or unenforceable by the governing authority, the remaining terms are still valid and binding. The titles in this agreement are set for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of this agreement.
