This Planet User Agreement (referred to as the "Agreement") governs your use of our services (referred to as the "Service"), including Planet App, and Planet Lite. You are one party, and the other party is Beishijie Technology Ltd. or its affiliated companies ("we" or "Beishijie"), with its registered address at [address to be provided separately]. For the purposes of this Agreement, you and Planet Technologies are collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually referred to as a "Party".
While using the Service, you will comply with Planet's Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Broadcaster Agreement, and may also comply with additional guidelines or rules applicable to specific services and features related to such services, as published on the Service or provided to you. We may also offer certain paid services, subject to additional terms or conditions disclosed to you for such services.
By using our Service or clicking "Register" during the registration process, you agree to all the terms of this Agreement. Your continued use of our Service indicates your agreement to be bound by the revised Agreement.
This Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years old. When using this Service, you agree:
(1) You must be at or above the "Minimum Age" (see below);
(2) You are not restricted by Planet from using the Service. Creating accounts with false information violates our terms, including registering accounts on behalf of others or individuals under the age of 18.
The "Minimum Age" is 18 years old. However, if the laws of your jurisdiction require you to be older than the minimum age specified on this website to lawfully provide you with services (including the use of your personal data) without parental consent, then the minimum age is that age.
You are fully responsible for safeguarding your Planet account and password. All activities and actions performed through your Planet account are considered your own and are your full responsibility.
We do not accept payments or conduct business with individuals or entities from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and the Crimea region. If you are from these regions, you may be prohibited from using this Service.
2.Service Content:
Planet's mission is to enable individuals to create communities, establish connections globally, and share their precious moments. Our vision is to be a platform that inspires the lives of millions, providing you with the following services:
(1) User-generated content
Planet allows users to livestream, use chat, bulletin boards, forum posts, and voice interaction services. Users can create, publish, transmit, perform, or store content, messages, text, sound, images, applications, code, or other data or materials ("User Content"). Users can also integrate Planet features such as music, graphics, stickers, virtual items, and other features ("Planet Features") into this user content and share it through the service. The views expressed by other users on this Service, including the use of virtual gifts, do not necessarily represent the views or values of Planet.
(2) Discover content, products, and services
We display ads, promotions, and sponsored content to help you discover content, products, and services offered by various businesses and organizations using Planet.
(3) Address harmful behavior, support our community
Planet has a global team and utilizes advanced technological systems to identify and address the abuse of our service, harmful behavior towards others, and situations that require community support or protection. After identifying such content or behavior, appropriate action will be taken, such as providing assistance, removing content, imposing access restrictions, disabling accounts, or cooperating with law enforcement.
(4) Global accessibility of our service
To maintain our global service, we store and distribute content and data in global data centers and systems, including regions outside your country of residence. This infrastructure may be operated or controlled by Beishijie Technologies and its affiliated companies.
3.Account:
To create an account on Planet, specific information such as account name and password is required.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, ensuring limited access to your devices, and overseeing all activities conducted under your account or password. Please ensure that the information provided to Planet during registration is at all times true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete to your best knowledge.
We may provide options to register and log in to the "Service" through certain third-party services. The collection, use, and disclosure of your information by these third parties will be governed by their respective privacy policies. For detailed information on how Planet collects, uses, and discloses your personal information, and the details of associating your Planet account with any third-party services, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
To provide a seamless service experience, you acknowledge and agree that Planet uses a unified account system for Planet and Planet Lite. If you have registered accounts for both Planet and Planet Lite, we may partially or fully link and display shared product information. The content and virtual items you generate may also be shared between these accounts. However, we cannot guarantee that the services between the two accounts are entirely identical.
Planet reserves the right to disable your user account at any time, especially if you fail to comply with these terms, or if activities on your account are determined by us to be activities that may harm, damage, infringe, or violate any third-party rights or violate applicable laws or regulations.
If you choose to stop using our service and wish to delete your account, we can assist you in this process. Please contact us at contact@horizonbay.cc, and our team will provide further guidance and support. Once your account is deleted, it will be impossible to reactivate or retrieve any added content or information.

5.Service Use:
Acceptable use of free services
Your access and use of the services provided by Planet are subject to these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms, Planet's community guidelines, and refrain from engaging in the following activities:
Inappropriate content: Do not create, upload, transmit, distribute, or store any inaccurate, illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, privacy or publicity rights-violating, harassing, threatening, abusive, inciting, or otherwise objectionable content.
Impersonation and fraudulent activities: Do not impersonate any individual or entity, falsely claim affiliation, access others' Planet accounts without permission, forge identities, or engage in fraudulent activities.
Harmful behavior and information collection: Prohibit defaming, harassing, abusing, or attempting to collect personal information of users or third parties without consent.
Security interference: You may not interfere with or damage safety-related features, and you may not manipulate, disable or damage the features of the User Content or the Services.
Service integrity and unauthorized access: Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service, do not violate network regulations, and do not access unauthorized areas or content.
Legal Compliance: Do not use the Services for illegal purposes or in violation of local, state, national, or international laws and regulations.
Planet is not responsible for any User Content or any loss or damage arising therefrom. In addition, the Services may contain content prohibited by these Rules. Planet reserves the right to remove, screen or edit any user Content that violates these Terms or applicable law without notice.
Breach of these terms may result in Planet terminating or suspending your right to use the Service.
6. Virtual Items:
Eligibility to Purchase: If you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only purchase virtual diamonds (" diamonds "), virtual gifts (" Gifts "), send and receive gifts of monetary value, earn virtual beans (" Beans "), and withdraw beans.
Pricing and Payment: The price of the diamond will be displayed at the time of purchase. All diamond payments will be made in the specified currency through the relevant payment mechanism. Currency exchange settlement, foreign transaction fees and payment channel fees, if applicable, will be subject to your agreement with the payment provider.
Responsibility for purchase: You are responsible for the payment of the diamonds purchased. After completing your purchase, your user account will be credited to the Diamond. These diamonds can be used to buy gifts.
Restrictions on use: Diamonds cannot be exchanged for cash, legal tender, currency of any country or region, or any other form of credit. They are intended for Planet's services only and may not be combined with other promotions, coupons, discounts or special offers unless specified by us.
Non-refundable: Except as outlined in this Agreement, all sales of diamonds and gifts are final. We do not offer refunds on diamonds and gifts purchased. These virtual items cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be reimbursed by us for any reason.
7. Payment Methods:
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, certain debit cards, and other payment methods that may be periodically offered through our website. By choosing a payment method, you agree to the terms and conditions associated with that method. When you place an order through our service, you authorize us or our designated payment processing institution to charge the purchase amount from the specified account. All payments are made in U.S. dollars unless alternative currencies are offered through available payment methods provided by Planet.
Payment Processing and Personal Data: Our payment processing partners may request specific personal data from you (such as government-issued identification, legal name, address, and date of birth) to facilitate financial transactions and comply with applicable laws and regulations. They may communicate directly with you regarding any issues related to payment.
Transaction Issues: If your online purchase is rejected due to payment issues, please ensure that all provided data is accurate and resubmit the transaction. 8. Intellectual Property:
Ownership of Materials: All text, data, images, graphics, audio, and/or video information, as well as other materials provided in the Planet service, are the property of Planet and are protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant Planet any license to these intellectual property rights.
Content Usage License: By using or uploading any live content or other content to the publicly accessible areas of the Planet website through the Planet service, you grant Planet and its sublicensees a free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully sublicensable license. This grant is not restricted by territory or time and does not require approval and/or compensation. Planet is granted the right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, edit, dispose of, create derivative works, distribute, perform, and publicly display these contents (in whole or in part). This includes the rights and license to incorporate such content into works, media, or technologies, whether existing or future.
9. Termination of Service:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Planet reserves the right to terminate your permission to use the service, including the ability to post user content, without further notice. This termination may also involve blocking or preventing your future access to and use of the service. This action may be taken in the following situations:
Violation of Agreement or Law: If your use of the service violates this Agreement or applicable laws.
Fraud or Abuse of Service: In cases of fraudulent use or abuse of the service.
Technical or Legitimate Business Reasons: Due to technical or legitimate business reasons, providing the service to you becomes impractical. This also includes the potential termination or suspension of any purchased products or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, if you are dissatisfied with:

Your sole remedy is to terminate your account and cease all use of all portions of the service.

User Responsibility and Risk: You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the use of this service. Any reliance on or use of the Planet service is undertaken at your own risk.
Service Warranty Disclaimer: Planet does not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted. The timeliness, security, and accuracy of the service are also not guaranteed. You acknowledge that the service is provided by Planet on an "as-is" basis. Planet makes no express or implied representations or warranties regarding the operation and provision of these services or any part thereof. Planet is not responsible in any way for the quality, timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of the service and assumes no liability for any consequences arising from your use of such services.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including issues regarding the existence, validity, or termination of this Agreement, shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and finally resolved through arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. 12. Request for Information:
Requests for information or documents related to potential, anticipated, or current legal proceedings, investigations, disputes, or third-party user information arising from any Planet service must be made through appropriate legal processes. These requests should be directed to Planet through Beishijie Technology Limited, which will provide the necessary assistance.
13. Modification of this Agreement:
We may periodically modify these terms, such as when updating service features, consolidating multiple applications or services into one entity, or in response to regulatory changes. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify all users of significant changes through notifications on the Planet platform. It is recommended to review this Agreement regularly for such changes. Your continued use of the service after the publication of new terms indicates acceptance. If you do not agree with the new terms, you must discontinue the use of the service.
14. Other Terms:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the matters set forth herein and any other related matters. Except as provided in this Agreement, neither party has any rights. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable by the governing authorities, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
