Generally, after a top-up order is generated, it will automatically be credited in the form of in-game diamonds. If the credit does not appear within 24 hours, consumers can contact online customer service for resolution. After customer service verification, if everything is correct, consumers can apply for a refund and confirm the refund amount within the system. Once the refund is approved in the system, the refund agreement officially takes effect, and the corresponding refund will be returned to the original payment account within three working days.
