Child Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Exposure

Planet Live adopts a zero-tolerance approach to any form of child abuse, exploitation, and/or sexualized behavior. Users who do not comply with Planet Live's policy to protect minors (individuals under the age of 18) may face removal from Planet and potential actions by law enforcement.

Policy

• Users must be 18 years or older to use Planet Live.

• Exploitation of minors, including solicitation and abuse, is strictly prohibited. Incidents involving minors will be reported to the NCMEC and/or other relevant authorities according to applicable laws. Planet Live may also consider evidence of such activities occurring off-platform when assessing incidents.

• Users convicted of crimes against children are prohibited from using Planet Live. Criminal activities include but are not limited to sexual offenses, physical abuse or neglect, and human trafficking.

• Planet Live employs automatic and manual systems to detect underage activity and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse ("CSEA"). Any attempts to circumvent these systems are strictly prohibited.

• Sexual preference towards minors is prohibited. This includes discussions, sexualized role-playing, or wearing sexually suggestive clothing related to minors, such as school uniforms.

• Child nudity is prohibited. This includes accidental occurrences, such as mischievous toddlers running away from bathing—such images or videos may be misused by others, regardless of your intent. The safest practice is to avoid risky situations.

• Depicting child nudity or sexual preferences in drawings, animations, or other art forms is not allowed.

• Involvement, threats, encouragement, or causing children to undergo physical violence is strictly prohibited.

• Please refer to our other community guidelines [link here].

If you come across situations that may violate these policies, please use the in-app reporting system or contact us via email: contact@horizonbay.cc
