Refund Policy

In principle, business operators do not support refunds.

If consumers are dissatisfied with the connection quality, game management, fee billing, or other related service quality provided by the business operator, or are not satisfied with the business operator's actions in accordance with game management rules, they may contact the operator's online customer service at the service center or submit a complaint via email or in writing within seven days from the day after receiving the notice. The business operator shall respond with the handling result within fourteen days of receiving the complaint (no more than fifteen days at the latest).
