This Planet Live Privacy Policy explains how Planet Live ("Planet," "we," "us") processes any personal data collected from visitors and users of the Planet Live APP, Planet Live LITE, and www.Planet.tv, related to the services provided by the applications and website (collectively referred to as "Planet Services"). We value the privacy of users, subscribers, publishers, members, and others (collectively or individually referred to as "you" or "users") who access and use Planet Services, and we want you to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.
When using Planet Services, you may share personal information. An example is providing information about yourself during the Planet account creation process. When providing Planet Services, we acquire your information in the ways discussed below. Please note that certain types of information are necessary for us to provide you with Planet Services.
User-Provided Information
When creating a Planet account or using Planet Services, you agree to provide the following personal information during the application process or when seeking technical support:
• Registration information, such as your birthdate, phone number (or email if applicable), password, user identifier, and language;
• Personal profile information, such as your alias, profile picture, gender, hometown, self-introduction, social media information, education, and occupation;
• User-generated content (UGC), such as comments, text, messages, images, videos, sounds, code, or other data or materials uploaded, distributed, or streamed by you while using Planet Services;
• Facial data, such as when you use certain features to create special effects or emojis for your stream or images uploaded on Planet Services. However, such data will only be processed offline to achieve special effects or emojis unless we have obtained your explicit consent or converted it into de-identified data. Additionally, we will not use your facial data for marketing or advertising purposes, and it will not be shared with any third parties. If you use real profile pictures for verification, we collect your profile pictures and facial recognition videos for real profile picture verification by comparing them through facial recognition video before your approval. This verification aims to protect you from impersonation and false accounts or enhance the authenticity of Planet Services. We will not retain your facial recognition videos on the server, and the video is solely used for verification;
• Payment information, such as full name, billing address, postal code, billing country, birthdate, purchase amount, payment method, credit card or debit card number, or other payment information (when required for payment);
• Transaction information, such as transaction serial numbers and transaction history after purchasing paid services;
• When you authorize the use of the "Find Friends" feature and allow us to access your contacts, we collect your contacts;
• Your Global Positioning System (GPS) information, with your permission, but you can change access to GPS information through your mobile device settings;
• Your choices and communications with us, such as information used for account verification or to address your feedback or complaints;
• Information provided during in-app surveys and activities;
• When creating a Planet account or associating a Planet account with a third-party social media account (such as Facebook, Twitter, Google), information provided by the social media;
For legitimate interests, we may collect the following personal information during your use of Planet Services:
• Network activity information, such as your browsing history, search history, videos or pages visited, dates and times of visits, accounts of other users you subscribe to, and interaction information with other users;
• Information obtained from other sources: We may obtain additional information from third parties and sources outside of Planet Services. For example, we may obtain additional information from games or services you use or social media networks (such as Facebook) that you have authorized us to access. When you access Planet Services through a social media network or connect Planet Services to a social media network, you authorize Planet to collect, store, and use this additional information and content in accordance with this privacy policy;
• Device identifiers, such as your operating system, browser type, brand, model, and serial number of your mobile device, Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile carrier, screen resolution, language settings, IMEI number, IMSI number, and media access control address;
• Information related to the access and use of other applications;
• Other location information, such as information based on your SIM card;
• Mobile advertising identifiers used by the mobile operating system and provided to advertisers for collecting indicators of mobile apps (Apple's IDFA or Google's AAID) to help us and advertisers provide more personalized ads based on your interests;
• Metadata associated with UGC provided by you, describing other data and providing information about how, when, and by whom UGC was collected, such as hash tags used for tagging videos and titles;
• Cookies, small pieces of data that allow us to provide certain features. This data is collected by us or our business partners to measure and understand the webpages you click on and how you use Planet Services to enhance your experience. You fully understand and agree that Planet Live and Planet Live Lite will use a unified account system. If you register an account on both Planet Live and Planet Live Lite, we may choose to partially or fully link and display the product information they share. Data collected on either platform and both accounts will be shared and used;
We may also collect, use, and share your information to generate and share aggregated insights that do not identify you. Aggregated data may come from your personal information but is not considered personal information as it does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your usage data to calculate the percentage of users accessing specific website features, generate statistical information about our users, or calculate the number of ad impressions for advertising services or clicks. The storage and access to cookies related to Planet Services are subject to the Planet Live Cookie Policy;
How we use your information
We will only use your personal information as permitted by applicable laws. Generally, we use your personal information for the following purposes:
**Providing services:** Displaying Planet Services and their content to you, including any interactive features on Planet Services, and providing you with information, products, or services that you allow us to provide;

Functionality and Security: Identifying users who do not comply with age restrictions, diagnosing or fixing technical issues, detecting, preventing, and addressing actual or potential fraud, illegal activities, and intellectual property infringement.
Compliance: Enforcing our terms of use and complying with our legal obligations.
Aggregation: Aggregating information about you collected for one or more of the above purposes.
Cookie: We and our vendors and service providers use cookies and other similar technologies (such as web beacons, flash cookies, etc.) ("Cookies") to automatically collect information, measure and analyze the web pages you click on, and how you use this platform, enhance your experience using this platform, and improve our services. We will typically respond to your requests within one month, following appropriate verification procedures where feasible. (a) Using the Help or Feedback features on the Planet service;

Retention of Your Data:
As long as you maintain your Planet Live account, we will retain your personal information and other information. You can request the deletion of your account at any time through the application's Me > Settings > Account Management > Connected Account > Delete Account or by sending an email to contact@horizonbay.cc. After receiving such requests and conducting our appropriate review, we will delete data that is not required to be retained for regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation, or other legal requirements. For example, we may retain location, device, and usage data for these purposes within a reasonable period. While retaining this data, it may also be used for security, safety, fraud prevention and detection, as well as research and development purposes. In some cases, we may not be able to delete your account, for example, if there is a balance on the account or unresolved claims or disputes. Once issues preventing deletion are resolved, we will delete the account in the manner described above.
We may also retain certain information for necessary purposes such as security, safety, and fraud prevention. For example, if we disable a user's account due to unsafe behavior or a security incident, we may retain certain information about that account to prevent that user from opening a new account in the future.
